The Factory Shoe Shop actually exists - we are not just an online shop. So as well as being able to buy selected Van Dal shoes at discount prices online, you can also buy from our full range of women and men's footwear when you visit us in Norwich. We are owned by Van Dal Footwear, part of the Florida Group Ltd, which is based in Norwich, a city with a fine history of shoemaking. Van Dal has an enviable reputation as a brand specialising in stylish footwear for the discerning lady who requires a little extra fitting comfort.

The Factory Shoe Shop is located in part of our original factory building in Dibden Road. You will see from the map that we are situated near the edge of Mousehold Heath with fine views overlooking the city.

Although the shop specialises in selling end of season lines from the Van Dal range, we also stock other styles from associated brands to complete our offering. All of our footwear, including our men's range is sold at less than High Street prices - in some cases up to 35% less than the recommended retail price! As if this is not enough, we also run offers from time to time with further reductions on selected styles!
