The Factory Shoe Shop actually exists - we are not just an online shop. We are owned by Van Dal Footwear, part of the Florida Group Ltd, which is based in Norwich, a city with a fine history of shoemaking. The Factory Shoe Shop is located in part of our original factory building in Dibden Road. We are situated near the edge of Mousehold Heath with fine views overlooking the city.
