ion-mask™ technology
ion-mask™ is a new revolutionary technology, creating shoes that are hydrophobic or ‘water hating’. This has numerous benefits for the wearer of the shoe including:
- Your feet stay drier
- Your shoes stay looking great for longer
- Dirt and water are repelled by ion-mask™, to reduce staining or marking
- Colour fading is reduced
V-FIT technology
The V-FIT system is designed to improve fit and enhance comfort.
In our V-FIT styles shock is absorbed in the heel, thereby reducing lower leg tiredness. Furthermore painful pressure points are relieved with the addition of memory foam forefoot pad in our products featuring V-FIT+.
Underfoot comfort technology
A memory foam footbed has been inserted under the full length of the foot in many of our TLC styles. In our V-FIT+ styles an additional memory foam cushioning forefoot pad has been inserted under the ball of the foot.
Previously used only in specialist sports shoes and bicycle seats, this technology spreads heat and pressure, reducing painful pressure points on the vulnerable ball of the foot.

All shoes featuring this icon are made in our Norwich factory. This continues a Florida Group tradition of Great British shoe-making in the city dating back to 1936. Our factory is the last remaining shoe production facility in Norwich.
