Delivery Costs

For UK customers ordering online, postage and packaging will be £4.95. At the moment we are unable to deal with overseas orders, for overseas orders please call +44 (0)1603 493116 from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Delivery Times

Our normal delivery period is 5 to 7 working days from date of order, Parcels must be signed for and cannot be left in the porch, garage, shed etc, and Orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days.

Returns

A Freepost returns label will be included with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the shoes to us in an unworn condition and in their original packaging, within 14 days of having received them and we will arrange a full refund, the postage charge is only refundable when we have been notified other than by telephone, within 7 days of receipt of your order, of your intention to cancel. If notification is received later than 7 days after receipt, then we'll refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. We will only exchange or refund for goods that have not been used, worn, damaged or modified. We will only exchange or refund for goods that are returned in their original undamaged packaging. Please ensure your name and addresses are clearly visible on the returns form. All shoe care products are non returnable.

*Extended Christmas Returns Policy - if you buy at vandalshoes.com from November 22nd 2011, you have until January 14th 2012 to return your order free of charge for a full refund or exchange. Normal returns terms and conditions apply.
